Image Issues

Image not available is displaying:


This is Connexity's standard display if we do not have an image processed for the product. Possible reasons include:

• New account or product listing. The first time an image is processed it can take 48-72 hours before it displays on our websites
  
• The URL in the feed file is not valid. Check that the image appears when you copy the URL into a browser window
  
• If it has been more than 72 hours and the URL is valid please contact us for further investigation.
• If the image does not meet size specifications:
• Images must be jpg, gif, bmp, or png. TIFF format is not supported.
• The preferred size is 1000x1000, we will accept between 450x450 and
• 1000x1000. Escape/encode any special characters
