Why Is My Campaign Not Active?

New Accounts The first time you submit your feed it can take 5-7 days for it to process fully. Once we ingest your file we must categorize and run your images which can take several days. You can see the status of your account on the top left of the merchant interface homepage.

4 Reasons why campaign is not active:

1. Account not funded: Please visit the Make Payments tab and make a credit card payment.
2. Feed Submitted: You have not yet submitted your products to us. Please contact us for help if you are having trouble.
3. Feed Processed: We have not yet processed your file. If it has been more than 48 hours please contact us for help.
4. ROI tracker has not yet been installed.
